sigh I wish I understood the math he talks about in this paper; I'm sure he's saying something cool but I'm also sure I'm not getting it. Reminds me of trying to read Russian-language math papers back in grad school. I'm sure the people who translated them knew pretty much everything there is to know about Tolstoy and Dostoevsky. It was pretty obvious that they didn't understand a word of what they were translating though.
