Holy crap, you're right, about 1h45m in the video (about T+1hr04m mission time): camera is nearly out but you can see engines relight and flap moving at Starship goes below 1km altitude. It got through re-entry and did a soft-ish landing!
edit: From the telemetry at the bottom of the screen you can also see that it righted itself to vertical just before hitting the water
