For the candidates that write 10 print statements, why not simply reject them? They're either ignorant or smartasses... Now if they do the right thing when told to write a loop, you just let them in the door, lol! Does HR really think it benefits the company to hire folks who need to be told when to use a for loop? That sounds like a painful organization to work for!
