Maybe the concentration is on another level, they are a tiny country but highly educated for generations. I'd bet if we properly educated and developed whole world we would discover Einsteins and Bolts in many many places out there. Ie elite athletes often come from places around where they could do sport, ie mountaineers but also many others.
