Terrible headline. They lost a single infringement case they brought, not the trademark.
- sokoloff 2y agoIn this case, it's the HN headline that's terrible (overstated to the point of being wrong), not the AP News article headline, which is "Big Mac battle: McDonald’s loses European Union trademark fight with Irish rival Supermac’s"
