i'm confused at how you'd gauge relative performance of something if not by looking at the past
- MSFT_Edging 2y agoIt was a joke on investment disclaimers saying past performance isn't indicative of future performance. As in "Texas's future is bright because of past performance", which is just an assumption that doesn't take a lot into account, like harsh weather patterns, weak infrastructure, and living in texas.
