They've been selling "real sugar" (i.e. no corn syrup) Pepsi at my grocery stores for years now.
There's also a "real sugar" Mountain Dew variant that seems to be seasonal.
Though I'm pretty sure regular old blue-canned Pepsi is still sweetened just with HFCS.

It is not intended to be anything remotely natural, and trying to make it with cane sugar really ruins it for me. I have no idea why the flavor is so different from the HFCS version.
