The only color reordering that happens is to assign the color with the largest quantity of chips to have the lowest chip value. Once the optimization has happened, you can edit the colors, and the order will be preserved. So if you want to swap it so that white is the lowest valued chip, just edit the color of the lowest valued chip to white.
