- hipadev23 2y agoAre these outages because each service is simply a facade to chatGPT? Or is it cascading failures due to chatGPT outage and other systems unable to handle the spikes in usage? Or government mandated lockdown?
- rocky_raccoon 2y agoThe article seems to (loosely?) imply that there's a connection between the outage and some sort of an internal employee protest, although I think it's incredibly shoddy journalism at best.
- hipadev23 2y agoYeah there's zero chance it's a coordinated employee protest.
- Bostonian 2y agoI noticed this too. One reason not to get too reliant on LLMs not run locally is that they may disappear at any time.
