Good evidence that glucose restriction helps. Jury's totally out on ketogenic diet vs. other forms of glucose restriction.. Nobody compared it to a glycolysis-limiting gluconeogenesis-focused diet. It sure is weird to support ketogenic diet without looking at other forms of glucose control.
