We'll train them, we can afford it, our customers will pay for that. I mean, yes that's actually what most large companies want. "Free thinkers" can often be outright terrible employees because they're just not interested in building whatever boring thing a company needs. They put a small number of these people in a box and make the majority of the company build what seem like the most profitable ideas to come out of the box.
