This sounds like naturalistic fallacy, and the same argument could be applied to suggest all medication is bad. Also, our ancestors evolved to deal with food scarcity. It is precisely our adaptation for scarcity that predisposes modern humans for obesity. There are legitimate criticisms to be made of GLP agonists, but this isn't one of them.
