Since we aren't lawyers, is there a possibility that this guy is actually at fault of infringing upon this startups trademark?
- andrewguenther 14y agoHe says his application is two years old, but Who's Here has been around since 2008. While I think they are being a bit harsh, it would seem that they have a case.
