I wanted to by a big TV and checked out bby and they had one a decent price. But... the warranty was crap and if I had a problem I had to deal directly with the manufacturer (samsung). I literally asked the salesperson, so if I take this home and it has a cracked screen out of the box, I can't bring it back? I have to call samsung? They said 'yes'. So I got the same TV from costco for only slightly more but with costco warranty.
