My word, i had (most of) one of those once. Yard sale find, pulled from someone's flooded basement, we had to take it apart and clean it up a lot to get any function. I don't think we ever got the gun to function but we got the projector to work partially. Consider: these were competing with slot cars and whirlybird flying toys and such. Its no surprise they didn't get very far in the market.
