I found it absurd that they're tracking another leagues stats as their own until I remembered that this is MLB, where AL teams didn't face NL teams until 1997.
- foogazi 2y agoOnly the top two teams met in the WS - so the Negro Leagues (shorter season and all) operated parallel to the AL & NL leagues
