My dogs have a carnivore diet and their poops are firm and regular. Much better than when they were on premium dog food. Their fur is fuller, they have more energy, and yet they are more at ease. It's an analogously similar situation with me. Haven't missed the fiber one bit. The transition takes a bit of planning as there are initial side effects since your body is used to digesting and getting energy from sugar instead of fat.
