You make an important point that is fortunately becoming common knowledge: interactive use of LLMs requires a domain expert who evaluates results to verify and modify as appropriate. I am an old man so this may not be typical: I feel like I get more coding and research done using GitHub CoPilot and integrated search products like Perplexity, but I get tired more quickly because I feel like I am working harder.
Perhaps a less known truth: it is difficult building applications that use LLMs in complex ways without a human in the inner loop.
