Criminals don't tend to be the highest IQ segment of society
- bryanrasmussen 2y agocriminals don't tend to be this well organized either, once you have a well organized criminal they start to develop processes etc. in the same way that other organized individuals do. I'm thinking probably an underling getting paid a small amount delivered stuff and whoever was supposed to handle it messed up the same way people mess up deployments or other things.
