There’s also the classic phase where it’s technically opt-out, but it magically gets reset to default every time Windows updates.
- hansvm 2y agoThere's a phase in between where it's reset every time you leave the settings menu and can't see them resetting it (I forget which privacy policy it was anymore, but that was the straw that kicked me over to Linux for good).
