Opinion: I recently graduated. Here's why I refuse to give up my life for a job
- DamonHD 2y agoHaving been amongst the people hustling (and started-up a number of times), and now taking a bit more time to smell/eat the roses (having money in the bank, and kids nearly out the door), I agree that one should not let your work define you though it can be very important and empowering and fun. (And today I am a published academic with my first first-author paper, as part of my part-time PhD by publication.)
