That sounds like a great bumper sticker. Not much of an argument though. I work in the education field, and this doesn’t resonate with what I’ve seen at all.

- permo-w 2y agoand this is? your argument boils down to "despite all logic to the contrary, I believe in what I'm saying, therefore it's correct".
- gnicholas 2y agoThe notion that incentives help shape behavior, and if aligned with organizational goals, they can be useful, is not opposed to “all logic to the contrary.” You seem dead set against innovation in educator compensation, so I’ll just leave you be. Have a good one!
