To put everything into the correct perspective: 50 percent of companies fax only occasionally or rarely. 16 percent have already completely stopped using fax machines, compared to 11 percent in 2022. One-third (33 percent) of companies still use fax machines frequently or very frequently. However, intensive use is declining sharply. In the previous year, 40 percent of companies sent faxes frequently or very frequently, compared to 62 percent in 2018.
