I could do with some of that! At my age 20% the old Hampstead Heath's (teeth) are looking well dodgy. Here on Airstrip one all the NHS dentists have either gone private or shot off to the USA or Australia to earn some proper cash. I do a lot of self dentistry with my old dremel and araldite. If a tooth is loose I usually extract it by tying a bit of string to it, then tie the other end of the string to the door knob, and slam the door. Job Done!
