Yup, They do not require me to mail in the device. I order a top case w battery or a replacement battery depending on the model.

- lapcat 2y agoWell, I don't know. Like I said, I've been going to the same place for years, and they've done battery replacements and other work for me before, and I've never had a problem. It doesn't seem plausible that they would turn away business. Which state are you in?
