I’ve done startups myself and it’s not common in any contracts I’ve signed nor have my coworkers. If it was, we all wouldn’t be able to start our own companies.
- shkkmo 2y agoIt is less common at start ups, especially startups from certain cultures / geographic regions. However, it can be fairly common at larger companies, especially in specific segments.
