What kind of business? Sounds like you'd be spending the entire $1M on it?
- codegeek 2y agoYea. I usually pay 2.5x-4x of profit multiple and mostly for small software businesses.

- codegeek 2y agoI do run multiple businesses already. But I have learned that below a certain number or revenue/profits, it is not worth my time. So I would buy something that has a minimum threshold of revenue/profits and if that means I can only buy one for now, I will.
