Same. Congrats to you, but you’re an extreme outlier. My comp has changed $0 since 2020. I’m glad to have a job. Lots of layoffs in tech industry.

- laidoffamazon 2y agoNo, you are the extreme outlier. Wages have grown by roughly 20% since 2020. In a tight labor market you should be able to get a higher paying job.
