How pray tell, does banning unlicensed surveying for unofficial purposes differ from banning unlicensed journalism? Both are bans on what was recognized as speech.
- mmcwilliams 2y agoBecause journalist isn't a licensed job in the state of North Carolina and is protected by the first amendment if you're asking seriously. I personally don't think it should be banned for unofficial purposes but the clarification needs to be made on how this is being represented. Selling your services as an unlicensed surveyor is what's different than writ large "drone photography" which is what the headline of this blog post claims.
