The content is utter trash. It's the "synthetic" look-how-happy-i-am Facebook equivalent but for work life. But, I use it pretty heavily to hire people. I basically paste an image of the JD of what I'm looking for, and ask my network to refer anyone they know who might be interested. I found two AMAZING devs who were outnof my network that way.
