Don't forget that people who aren't involved at all lose as well because the delivery drivers park in the middle of the street with their blinkers on and block traffic/bike lanes. As with most things the solution is to have better designed communities where people can walk/bike to restaurants/grocery stores and deliveries can be done by bike if needed.
