I have lived with housemates since I started Uni in 2013, 11 years now. Now for the last 3 or so years I have been earning a decent salary in a 7 year long career and saving a significant deposit, but my capacity has diminished significantly. A house I lived in to rent in 2019 sold for $550k in 2019, that house is now worth $780k.
