- bell-cot 2y agoIt would be nice to see a touch of perspective in the article. Say, whether NVIDIA's AI's have any tendency to produce outputs which plausibly infringe on an actual copyright.
- chrisjj 2y agoMore important is the alleged infringement of training, and the response: "Plaintiffs’ claims and the putative class members’ claims are barred, in whole or in part, by fair use under Section 107 of the Copyright Act."
