Honest question, are articles like this propaganda to make people accept less than ideal working conditions? I feel like I am constantly inundated by posts like this. Never do I see anything to contradict it. There is no real conclusion or solution proposed in this article. I have seen Reddit posts with more substance.
The article may as well be titled, “Work hard or this could be you!” And I see it in the news feed every week, if not every day. A constant reminder of what happens if you don’t get rich by the time you’re old.
- coldtea 2y agoWhat if that's also the reality though? You say "there's no real conclusion or solution". What if there's none except seizing the means of production, or something to that effect?
- cabirum 2y agoI think the point is to always have a 'plan B' for your income. Like, have an account to keep you afloat for a year or two; invest into some property to rent; start some business.
