Artificially pumping beer full of nitrogen is kinda weird you gotta admit.
- mrob 2y agoThe nitrogen is just a propellant for forcing the beer through tiny holes that make the dissolved CO2 come out of solution in tiny bubbles, which form a more stable foam. Very little nitrogen actually dissolves into the beer.
