I've had better luck writing system prompts as first person, because I've seen instances where third person prompts make the LLM think you're there to train it.

I've had better luck writing system prompts as first person, because I've seen instances where third person prompts make the LLM think you're there to train it... but without a backend for it to remember stuff, that goes out the window as quickly as it runs out of context tokens.
