I don't donate to any charity. For me, it is the responsibility of all governments to fund services that the people require. Isnt that why we pay our taxes? Not to rely on poorly underfunded charities to provide essential services. Here on Airstrip One, contributing to charity can lead to huge tax exemptions for the wealthy. Or set up a charitable organisation claming to protect horses or some other opaque charity and then pocket all the money as a tax scam. For the average person it is just another tax.
