People are trying to screw you financially all the time anyway. Might as well build whatever the fuck they want. So what if it's world class? As long as it doesn't cost hardly anything or require other people's money, look what can be done when some of these outstanding efforts reach a milestone. The leverage is through the roof. Just imagine if some of these people had actual capital to work with. Sheesh. Naturally, it's all about the terms, always has been.
