Maybe I just don't know Twitter's wording, but it just says "This account doesn’t exist". Does that mean they were suspended versus just deleting their account?

- Crosseye_Jack 2y ago“ This account doesn’t exist” usually means that the account doesn’t exist or the account has been deactivated (this can be done by the user or forcibly by Twitter). Permanently “Suspended”/banned accounts show a different message, something along the lines of “ Account suspended. Twitter suspends accounts which violate the Rules”
