I hope this is not a common situation to be in. Environments should easily be reproduced locally as in the cloud. This reminds of how difficult it was to setup github actions because you cannot run the pipeline locally, so to succeed with your pipeline, you have to do trial & error with the only feedback given from the Github Actions server.
