It boggles that they could make such a massive design error, especially with the Bitcoin examples staring them in the face.
- lxgr 2y agoI believe the idea was that “nobody will use raw low level addresses, so we don’t need to make them usable”. But ENS is now prohibitively expensive in terms of fees and also not universally supported, so here we are.
