Chinese are taking notes. JDAM and Excalibur worked brilliantly against enemy equipped with Toyota Hilux, Ak-47, RPG-7 and sandals. Near peer enemy is a different thing. 4 kW jammer can jam military GPS for 100 - 150 km at least, they can be hard moving targets that go on and off. Cruise missiles with TERCOM and DSMAC (correlating maps with visual or radar images) can work without GPS. Storm Shadow, Taurus, AGM-86B , and Tomahawk should work fine. Over large areas of water they have nothign but inertial navigation and can get lost.
