Tesla's once-stellar reputation is running out of juice

It was a bad move for Elon to get so political, but at the same time that's his privilege. It also seems to be the strategy, Elon wants to get out of Tesla management, so he's exiting this way. As for running out of juice? Looking at car sales numbers... Tesla is doing fantastic. They seem to have a 2 year cycle, where every other year is a status quo and the next is a huge boon. It's also looking like this year is going to be a huge one. You also have to remember that Tesla doesn't advertise. If Tesla's financials ever look bad in the future like they are 'running out of juice' they can start advertising and turn that around in an instant.
