Minnesota Now Requires Pay Transparency in Job Postings
- mmastrac 2y agoThis is great, but the laws need the companies to demonstrate that they actually intend to pay individuals the rates at the high end of postings. There's enough meme pictures of jobs with a salary in the range of 9,999-999,999 that this is clearly going to be a problem.
