If we are being intellectually honest though, the "chunk of Europe" in question is Moldova, but they want you to think it's Portugal.

  Yeah. I think there was some concern over Finland, but they just joined NATO.

    Public people in Russia now routinely make statements that some NATO countries like Poland, baltics or Finland belong to them.
