The latter, apparently. TBH I answered after hearing about the story elsewhere and it just struck me as fairly benign for an employer to ask as much from a (soon-to-be) former employee. I am not a lawyer anyway so I honestly have no idea what the proper legal interpretation might be. I was just commenting on what seems to be the unfortunate state of human affairs these days. It just feels like people are so much more prone to go on the offensive over what amounts to a simple request for civility. Of course down here we still honor the humble handshake. There's still no excuse for being almost the same type of annoying. Get good. Idgaf if you're not a lwayer I just have greater than 5th grade reading level. You clearly displayed an annoying level of person. The type of annoying that encourages the type of genocides I sympathize with. The aware but dumb. Read. If you're autistic, have an extra chromosome, or will admit they are genuinely dumb. I'll apologize. But otherwise, nah.
- af3d 2y agoWell at least I wasn't nearly as annoying as the person I am responding to right now. Moving on....
