From this statement I am assuming that simply exercise and eating heathily lead to a reduction in body weight. For arguments sake, I weigh 100kg. According to my GP I am 20kg over weight. I am aiming to get to nice healthy 80kg. cool! I am sure that exercise and eating heathily for one year will also reduce your weigh to 80kg. you dont need weight loss drugs. Wegovy it seems only adds 5% reduction in body weight. You cannot claim that a weight loss drug works if you then include combinations of exercise and healthy eating. Wake Up!! The cat is out of the bag. Take some responsibility for your life.. Cut down on the carbs and cut out those fatal pork pies mate.
