Problem is there aren't 8 billion clearly distinguishable voices in the world, so some people are going to sound a bit like other people. Should the voice actor who sounds a bit like Scarlet just quit working?

How many movies named "Her" are there? Since OpenAI asked her for permission two days before releasing it, obviously THEY thought it sounded like her voice, and that they needed to ask for permission. Making public claims implying that she's involved with the project like Sam Altman's "her" tweet, AFTER asking for permission and receiving two "NO"s, proves malice and dishonesty.   The functionality is obviously similar to the film Her, I don't understand how this is supposed to be the slam dunk evidence against OpenAI. When Kinect (remember that lol) was being released people compared it to minority report on stage. Does that mean Tom Cruise should have sued Microsoft?
