And all safety people are leaving, due to Sam Altman? And Sam Altman forced them to sign non-disparagement? And Sam Altman is lying about not clawing back equity, even if we know Daniel Kokotajlo gave up equity and has not made whole yet? This is not okay. We should not move on.
- breck 2y agoI am all for keeping the heat on OpenAI for still calling themselves "OpenAI", when they are really closed/secretAI. I think they have a true position on secrets that they do not reveal, and that's a serious issue deserving of serious questioning--but is also a broader societal issue (corporations have legal protection on secrets. should they? I think we need to revisit that) I think a lot of other things like this one are nits.
