Is anybody swapping ecosystems based on one-off specifications? That seems incredibly foolhardy. Platforms are sticky.
- hinkley 2y agoFirst rule of marketing is people buy a story, not a product. If people are bailing it could be the new competition is that compelling, or it could be that your customers have been looking to jump ship and this product was compelling enough to tip them over.
